Terms of Use

Last updated: March 19, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Lustory, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform.

These terms apply to all users, visitors, and subscribers. Additional product-specific guidelines, community standards, or payment terms may apply and are incorporated by reference where published.

2. Eligibility and User Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring your use of the service complies with local laws and age restrictions. You must not use the platform for unlawful, abusive, or harmful purposes.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use, you must notify us promptly and take immediate steps to secure your account.

3. AI-Generated Content

Generated content is produced by AI systems and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate in some contexts. You are solely responsible for reviewing and deciding how to use generated outputs.

You must not rely on generated output as professional legal, medical, financial, or safety advice. We do not guarantee originality, suitability, or non-infringement of AI-generated content.

4. Credits and Service Access

Certain features may require credits or account authentication. We reserve the right to modify feature availability, credit rules, and access limits to protect platform integrity.

Credit balances, subscription tiers, promotional grants, and usage limits may differ by region, campaign, or account status. Unless explicitly required by law, unused credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.

5. Payments, Billing, and Refunds

Paid services are billed according to the plan selected at checkout. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge applicable fees, taxes, and recurring charges where enabled.

Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable once services or credits are delivered. We may suspend paid access for failed or disputed payments until issues are resolved.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer core services, bypass system restrictions, or use the platform to generate illegal content.

You also agree not to harass others, distribute malware, scrape data at scale, abuse automated systems, or circumvent moderation and safety controls. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.

7. Intellectual Property

The platform, branding, software, and service content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant ownership rights to platform technology.

Subject to your compliance with these terms, we grant a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the service for personal or internal business use.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.

Our aggregate liability for claims related to paid services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the relevant service period, unless a higher amount is required by applicable law.

10. Changes and Termination

We may update these terms, suspend accounts, or limit access when necessary for legal, operational, or security reasons. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

If your account is terminated for serious violations, we may revoke access immediately. Provisions that by nature should survive termination, including payment obligations and liability limitations, remain in effect.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

Unless otherwise required by local law, disputes arising from these terms are governed by applicable laws of the operating entity's jurisdiction and handled by competent courts in that jurisdiction.
